Beef Taco Pasta
Combining the flavors of beef tacos and pasta, this easy-to-make Beef Taco Pasta is sure to impress your friends and family.
Ingredients
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1 package of taco seasoning
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 can of tomato sauce
- 8 ounces of pasta
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cilantro and lime wedges for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned. Drain any excess fat and add in the taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and water. Stir to combine and bring the mixture to a simmer.
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set it aside.
- Add sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese into the beef mixture. Stir until the cheese is melted and well combined.
- Add the cooked pasta and stir until everything is coated in the beefy, cheesy sauce.
- Serve with fresh cilantro and a wedge of lime.
